Our main stage session with ActionCOACH Tampa Bay

This September, we had the privilege of sponsoring BizX 2026, hosted by ActionCOACH Tampa Bay, and taking the main stage with our session, Test the Water: Why Burnout Is Costing You More Than You Think.

We opened with a simple question: how many of you have refilled the same seat more than once in the last three years? Hands went up all over the room. From there, we walked a room full of business owners through the idea at the heart of our work. When a fish gets sick, most companies replace the fish. Almost nobody tests the water.

Then we handed the room a way to test it. Attendees took the Leadership Under Pressure Assessment live, in about five minutes, and got their results before we explained a single category. The conversations that followed at every table showed us how many owners are carrying more than anyone in their building can see.
