Every organization generates pressure. Not every organization survives it the same way.
The difference between organizations that perform under pressure and those that fragment under the same conditions comes down to one variable: organizational maturity. The capacity to absorb, process, and grow through adversity… without transferring the damage to the people inside it.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about our assessment methodology, organizational maturity framework, and implementation process.
Trajectory Intelligence is a research-backed organizational assessment designed to help organizations identify and measure where pressure has turned to strain in terms of Revenue at Risk.
Trajectory Enterprise is the organizational maturity assessment platform Matt and Amy built together to provide organizations with the objective, prioritized coaching needed to increase their organizational maturity leading to more alignment, less emotionality, enhanced strategic space, reduced cognitive overload and ultimately less Revenue at Risk.
We’ve developed a psychometrically validated question set with a 1-6 scoring that everyone in the organization is invited to take. All answers are 100% anonymous and no executive will ever know what an individual respondent’s answers were.
The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete.
Our analysis produces a comprehensive, board-ready report of prioritized findings within a few minutes of closing the survey window. Then our certified coaches provide an executive debrief before the one- or half-day intensive and coaching.
The Organizational Strain Index (OSI) is a diagnostic output that provides a unit-level view of organizational strain. It highlights areas of elevated pressure, identifies key drivers, and helps leaders prioritize interventions for maximum impact.
We present OSI in terms of Revenue at Risk so there’s an objective prioritization of where to focus efforts during coaching.
Trajectory Intelligence is designed for private equity-backed companies, Fortune 500 organizations, executive leadership teams, and organizations navigating growth, transformation, or increased operational complexity.
Implementation timelines are typically a few weeks since we want to prime the employees with notice, reasoning, and next steps for the assessment.
Once we launch the survey, we recommend keeping the survey window open for 2 weeks or until there’s 70% participation.
We schedule the executive debrief within 2 business days after survey window closes
Following the assessment, leaders receive a detailed executive debrief and actionable insights. Organizations can then participate in a facilitated development session focused on strengthening the specific capacities identified by the data.
Unlike traditional engagement surveys, Trajectory Intelligence is built on decades of research in occupational health, organizational behavior, and psychometric measurement.
Yes. Assessments, executive debriefs, and organizational maturity development sessions can be delivered either virtually or in person, depending on the needs of the organization.
